超早期神经肌肉刺激治疗仪对急性脑梗死患者运动功能以及神经功能恢复效果的影响

The Effect of Ultra Early Neuromuscular Stimulator on Motor Function and Neurological Recovery in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析超早期神经肌肉刺激治疗仪对急性脑梗死患者运动功能以及神经功能恢复效果的影响。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年2月本院收诊的52例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,使用随机数表法平均分为对照组、观察组各26例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施超早期神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:对照组患者的治疗有效率为61.53%,观察组患者治疗有效率为88.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的Barthel指数和NIHSS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超早期神经肌肉刺激治疗仪对急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果好,患者的运动功能、神经功能的恢复更快。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ultra early neuromuscular stimulator on motor function and neurological function recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:52 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 26 cases each using the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received ultra-early neuromuscular stimulation therapy.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 61.53%,and that in the observation group was 88.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Barthel index and NIHSS score of the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The super early neuromuscular stimulator has a good therapeutic effect on the patients with acute cerebral infarction,and the recovery of motor function and nerve function is faster.
