选择性子宫输卵管再通术在输卵管近端狭窄中的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Selective Hysterosalpingectomy in Proximal Tubal Stenosis

目的:分析选择性子宫输卵管再通术在输卵管近端狭窄中的疗效。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月本院收治的输卵管近端狭窄患者44例作为研究对象,所有患者均采用选择性子宫输卵管再通术进行治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:44例患者中40例输卵管疏通成功,疏通成功总有效率为90.91%。结论:选择性子宫输卵管再通术在输卵管近端狭窄中的疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect of selective hysterosalpingectomy on proximal tubal stenosis.Methods:44 patients with proximal tubal stenosis admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object.All patients were treated with selective hysterosalpingectomy and the treatment effect was analyzed.Results:Forty-four of the 44 patients had successful tubal dredging,and the total effective rate was 90.91%.Conclusion:Selective hysterosalpingectomy is effective in the proximal tubal stenosis.
