腹腔镜下骶骨固定术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of the Treatment of Pelvic Organ Prolapse Under Laparoscopic Tibia Fixation

目的:探究腹腔镜下骶骨固定术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果,为临床医师选择合理治疗方案提供参考。方法:抽取2016年1月~2019年7月沈阳美德因妇儿医院收治的盆腔脏器脱垂患者102例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将研究对象分成观察组和对照组(每组51例)。对照组接受传统修补术,观察组接受腹腔镜下骶骨固定术,对比两组的临床效果。结果:手术指标对比方面,观察组患者与对照组患者在手术用时、住院时间以及留置尿管时间等组间数据方面无统计学意义(P>0.05),在术中出血量、术后肛门通气时间组间数据对比中,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);在术后生活质量方面,观察组显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔脏器脱垂的治疗措施采用腹腔镜下骶骨固定术,能够显著提高治疗有效率,同时在术中出血量少,便于预后恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic sacral fixation in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse,so as to provide a reference for clinicians to choose a reasonable treatment plan.Methods:A total of 102 patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to Shenyang Meiyin Women and Children’s Hospital from January 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into observation group and control group(51 patients in each group).The control group received conventional repair,and the observation group received laparoscopic sacral fixation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:As for the comparison of surgical indicators,there were no statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in terms of operative time,hospital stay,indwelling catheter duration,etc.(P>0.05).In terms of the comparison of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative anal ventilation duration,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of postoperative quality of life,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pelvic organ prolapse by laparoscopic sacral fixation can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment,at the same time,less intraoperative blood loss,easy to recover the prognosis.
