侧后路椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Lateral Posterior Transforaminal Microendoscopic Discectomy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘要 目的:观察侧后路椎间孔镜技术(Microendoscopic Discectomy,MED)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选择中国医科大学附属盛京医院骨科2016年1月~2018年12月的椎间盘突出患者36例,MED术后12个月所有患者均获得随访。选择应用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)及改良Macnab标准评价其临床疗效。结果:VAS和ODI评分在术前与术后各时间点相比,均有显著降低(P<0.05)。根据改良Macnab标准评价疗效:优26例,良6例,可2例,差2例。优良率为88.89%(32/36)。有2例出现一过性麻痹,1d后症状消失。结论:应用侧后路椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效可靠,术后恢复快。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of microendoscopic discectomy(MED)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:36 patients with disc herniation were selected from the Department of Orthopaedics,Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2016 to December 2018.All patients were followed up 12 months after MED.Visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and modified Macnab criteria were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:The scores of vas and ODI decreased significantly before and after operation(P<0.05).According to the modified macnab criteria,26 cases were excellent,6 cases were good,2 cases were fair and 2 cases were poor.The excellent and good rate was 88.89%(32/36).Transient paralysis occurred in 2 cases and disappeared one day later.Conclusion:The application of lateral posterior transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has reliable curative effect and quick postoperative recovery.
