甲状腺肿瘤标记物在桥本甲状腺炎及甲状腺乳头状癌中的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究甲状腺肿瘤标记物在桥本甲状腺炎及甲状腺乳头状癌中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年5月~2018年2月本院收治的80例患者的甲状腺肿瘤标本,其中恶性组(甲状腺乳头状癌)41例,良性组(乳头状增生)39例。对三种甲状腺肿瘤标记物(HBME-1、VEGF和Galectin-3)行免疫组织化学染色,采用酸值6.0柠檬酸修复液对HBME-1和Galectin-3进行修复,采用酸值9.0EDTA修复液对VEGF进行修复。阳性对照采用已知的阳性制片,阴性对照采用一抗。结果:三种甲状腺肿瘤标记物免疫组化染色阳性率在恶性(甲状腺乳头状癌)及良性(乳头状增生)之间的差异有统计学意义。HBME-1、VEGF和Galectin-3经联合检测后,阴性与阳性预测值分别为80.2%和99.9%。结论:在进行甲状腺恶性标准检测上,采用三种肿瘤标记物同时表达,具有较高准确度,尤其对甲状腺乳头状癌和桥本甲状腺炎更具临床意义。 Objective:To study the application value of thyroid tumor markers in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods:Thyroid tumor specimens of 80 patients from May 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected,including 41 cases in malignant group(thyroid papillary carcinoma)and 39 cases in benign group(papillary hyperplasia).Immunohistochemical staining of three thyroid tumor markers(HBME-1,VEGF and Galectin-3),repair of HBME-1 and Galectin-3 with acid value 6.0 citric acid repair solution,and acid value of 9.0 EDTA repair solution Repair VEGF.The positive control uses known positive preparations,and the negative control uses primary antibodies.Results:The positive rate of immunohistochemical staining of the three thyroid tumor markers was statistically significant between malignant(thyroid papillary carcinoma)and benign(papillary hyperplasia).After combined testing of HBME-1,VEGF and Galectin-3,the negative and positive predictive values were 80.2%and 99.9%,respectively.Conclusion:In the standard detection of thyroid malignancy,the simultaneous expression of three tumor markers has high accuracy,especially for the clinical significance of papillary thyroid carcinoma and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
