行人保护柔性腿型试验关键影响因素分析

摘要 为保护脆弱道路使用者,欧洲新车安全评签协会(Euro-NCAP)将行人保护纳入新车星级评定体系,其中包括了柔性腿型冲击试验。本文对行人保护柔性腿型试验的试验方法和试验评价指标进行了解读,推测4个关键影响因素会对7个试验指标造成较大影响。通过25组正交仿真试验,得到4个关键影响因素对试验指标的影响灵敏度大小,并分别获得了2个最灵敏关键参数对试验指标数值的响应面图。仿真结果表明,试验工装参数严重影响试验结果。提出了试验工装过程中的三个注意事项,以提高试验质量。 In order to protect vulnerable road users,the European New Car Safety Assessment Association(Euro-NCAP)has included pedestrian protection in the new car star rating system,which includes a flexible legform impact test.This paper interprets the test methods and test evaluation indexes of pedestrian protection flexible legform impact test,and speculates that four key parameters would have great influence on seven test indexes.Through 25 sets of orthogonal simulation tests,the sensitivities of four key parameters to test indicators were obtained,and the response surface diagram of two most sensitive key parameters to test indicators were obtained respectively.The simulation results show that the test fixture parameters seriously affect the test results.Three precautions during the test tooling process were proposed to improve the test quality.
