2020未来三年大学生就业形势分析与预测——基于陕西省2019年大学生就业数据

大学生就业难是近年来的一大社会难题,也是各大高校长期以来重点研究和解决的问题之一。2020年1月以来新型冠状病毒的爆发,冲击到世界各国的经济发展,同时加大了大学生就业的压力。但从中国经济发展走向与2019年的本科生就业形势来看,未来大学生就业情况应该总体向好,尤其是理工类的毕业生,预计未来三到五年的就业趋势会稳步上升。本文从人口结构、工业发展现状与趋势、大学生就业结构三个指数解析2019大学生就业,并对2020年未来三年的就业形势进行预测与分析。

The employment difficulty of college students is a big social problem in recent years,and it is also one of the key problems that universities have been studying and solving for a long time.Since January 2020,the outbreak of novel Coronavirus has impacted the economic development of countries around the world and increased the pressure on college students to find a job.However,from the perspective of China’s economic development trend and the employment situation of undergraduates in 2019,the employment situation of college students in the future should be generally positive,especially for science and engineering graduates.It is expected that the employment trend will rise steadily in the next three to five years.This paper analyzes the employment of 2019 college students from three indexes:population structure,current situation and trend of industrial development,and employment structure of college students,and forecasts and analyzes the employment situation of the next three years in 2020.
