摘要
在中国现有的教育状况下,校企合作是高职教育永恒的话题,这种模式经受了大量的考验,体现了学校和企业在文化知识教育和职业技能训练上的明确分工、理论与实践的紧密结合以及相关资源共享的原则。本课题采用实证分析方法,在问卷调查的基础上分析企业对高职会计人才的需求状况,进而提出了完善高职会计专业建设的设想。旨在提高会计专业毕业生的综合素质,缩短学生适应会计工作岗位的时间,减少用人单位对新员工的培训成本,全面立体多角度进行会计专业学生的应用能力培养。
In China’s current education situation,school-enterprise cooperation is an eternal topic in higher vocational education.This model has withstood a lot of tests,reflecting the clear division of labor in cultural knowledge education and vocational skill training between schools and enterprises,the close combination of theory and practice,and the principle of related resource sharing.This topic adopts the empirical analysis method,on the basis of the questionnaire survey to analyze the demand of enterprises for higher vocational accounting personnel,and then put forward the idea of improving the construction of higher vocational accounting specialty.The aim is to improve the comprehensive quality of accounting majors,shorten the time for students to adapt to accounting positions,reduce the cost of training new employees,and train the application ability of accounting majors from all aspects.
