摘要
目的观察液氮冷冻联合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗儿童尖锐湿疣的疗效及复发率。方法对23例尖锐湿疣患儿进行液氮冷冻联合PDT治疗,达到1个疗程后观察疣体清除情况,进行至少6个月的随访。结果经过1个疗程PDT治疗后,患儿痊愈率达91.30%,复发率8.70%,未见严重不良反应。结论液氮冷冻联合PDT治疗儿童尖锐湿疣简单、有效、创伤小、复发率低,是治疗儿童尖锐湿疣的一种有效的方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy and recurrence rate of PDT combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA)in children.Methods A total of 23 children patients with condyloma acuminatum were all given a course of treatment of PDT combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.All patients were followed up for six months.Results 91.30%of the children patients got rid of the warts completely.The recurrence rate was 8.70%and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion PDT combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy is an effective treatment of children condyloma acuminatum,which with the characteristics of simple,effective,safety and less recurrence.
