铵滴定法测定氮钒合金中的钒量

摘要 试样用硫酸、磷酸溶解,以硝酸氧化分解碳化物,加热蒸发至冒硫酸烟处理试样后,在特定的高酸度条件下,用过硫酸铵直接氧化四价钒为五价钡,以N--苯代邻氨基苯甲酸为指示剂,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定钒量,取得了令人满意的结果,相对标准偏差小于0.102%,满足了治炼高附加值钢生产的需要。 The sample is dissolved by sulfuric and phosphoric acids,and the oxidative decomposition of carbides are carried out by nitric acid,then,after heating,evaporating and smoking with sulfuric acid,under a condition of special high acidity,ammonium persulfate is used to oxide the tetravalent vanadium to the pentavalent vanadium,after that,taking anthranilic acid as a indicator,the content of vanadium is titrated hy using ammonium ferrous sulfate,and then,the satisfactory results are obtained,the relative standard deviation is less than 0.102%,and the production requirement smelting high value-added steels is satisfied.
