摘要
近年来我国桥梁缆索钢丝的飞速发展,形成了兼顾低松弛和扭转性能,并纳入了疲劳和松弛性能考核的创新“中国体系”,桥梁缆索钢丝制造水平已经达到世界领先水平。在进一步发展桥梁缆索钢丝时,需要注意选择合理盘条的“微合金化”元素,完善热处理工艺,解决环保问题的同时又要保证索氏体程度高、片间距均匀。同时在研制过程中还需要综合考虑扭转指标和镀层中铝含量对桥梁缆索钢丝性能的影响。
In rerent years,with the rapid development of bridge cable and steel wire in China,an innovative"China system"has been formed,which takes into account the low relaxation and torsion performance,and includes the fatigue and relaxation performance assessment.The manufacturing level of bridge cable and steel wire has reached the world leading level.In the further development of bridge cable and steel wire,it is necessary to pay attention to the selection of"microalloying"elements of reasonable wire rod.Perfect the heat treatment process,solve the environmental protection problems,and at the same time,ensure the high degree of sorbite and the uniform spacing between the sheets.At the same time,the influence of torsion index and aluminum content in the coating on the performance of bridge cable steel wire should he considered.
