KR法脱硫工艺具有动力学条件优越,脱硫效率高,脱硫剂耗量少,可使用廉价的脱硫剂、处理能力大,金属损耗低及耐火材料消耗低等特点,是国内外各大钢铁厂重点采用的铁水预处理脱硫工艺。本文以霍邱铁矿深加工炼钢连铸工程为主要依托,开发KR法铁水脱硫关键设备,形成拥有自身特色及自主知识产权的成套工艺设备,为提高公司在铁水预处理领域的竞争力奠定了坚实的基础。

KR desulfurization process has the advantages of superior dynamic conditions,high desulfurization efficiency,low consumption of desulfurizer,cheap desulfurizer,large processing capacity,low metal loss and low consumption of refractory materials.It is a hot metal pretreatment desulfurization process that is mainly used hy major iron and steel plants at home and abroad.Based on the deep processing steel-making and continuous casting project of Huoqiu iron mine,this paper develops the key equipment for desulphurization of molten iron by KR process,forms a complete set of process equipment with its own characteristics and independent intellectual property rights,and lays a solid foundation for improving the competitiveness of the company in the field of molten iron pretreatment.
