摘要
酚盐分解装置中脱油塔采用饱和蒸汽作为能源,其耗用量大,直接影响了装置运行成本;通过应用较成熟的蒸汽喷射泵技术对原有装置进行改造,优化操作参数,在保证脱油塔效果的前提下,蒸汽单耗下降了约12%。
The deoiling tower in the sodium phenolate decomposition plant uses saturated steam as the energy,which consumes a large amount and directly affects the operating costs of the device;using the steam injection pump technology to transform the device and optimize the operating parameters,makes the steam consumption decreased by about 12%,while the efficiency of deoiling tower is not affected.
