摘要
本文研究设计了一套Fanuc机器人轮毂机加生产线的控制系统,采用西门子300PLC作为主控制单元,利用视觉技术进行轮毂的周向定位和中心纠偏。采用激光测距进行轮毂中心孔的测量,机床根据测量数据进行实时的刀具补偿,从而实现全自动无人值守的轮毂加工单元。
This paper studies and designs a set of Fanuc robot hub machine plus production line control system,uses Siemens 300PLC as the main control unit,and uses visual technology to perform the circumferential positioning and center deviation correction of the hub.Laser ranging is used to measure the center hole of the hub,and the machine tool performs real-time tool compensation according to the measurement data,thereby realizing a fully automatic hub machining unit without any manual work.
