80岁以上高龄结肠癌并梗阻患者的外科手术治疗

Surgical treatment of malignant colorectal obstruction in patients over 80 years old

目的 探讨80岁以上高龄结肠癌并梗阻患者外科手术的治疗。方法 回顾性分析广东省农垦中心医院2016年5月至2019年8月收治的19例80岁以上结肠癌并梗阻外科手术治疗的患者临床资料。结果 19例患者中18例术后无并发症,顺利出院。1例乙状结肠癌并梗阻的患者术后因重症肺炎死亡。19例患者中15例行肿瘤根治性切除+Ⅰ期吻合(78.9%)。结论 80岁以上高龄结肠癌并梗阻患者术后生存率高,不应放弃手术治疗。患者条件允许争取行肿瘤根治性切除+Ⅰ期吻合。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of colon cancer with obstruction in patients over 80 years old.Methods The clinical data of 19 patients over 80 years old diagnosed with colon cancer complicated with obstruction in the department of general surgery in Guang dong nongken central hospital between May 2016 to August 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 19 patients,18 patients were discharged smoothly without postoperative complications.One patient with sigmoid colon cancer and obstruction died of severe pneumonia after surgery.Among the 19 patients,15 patients received tumor radical resection and one-stage anastomosis (78.9%).Conclusion Patients over 80 years old with malignant colorectal obstruction have a high postoperative survival rate and should not give up surgical treatment,if condition allowed,tumor radical resection and one-stage anastomosis surgery should be strived for these patiens.
