微小核糖核酸检测在乳腺癌诊断中的研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是一种高发病率、高死亡率的恶性肿瘤。早期诊断和治疗有助于乳腺癌患者的预后。微小核糖核酸(micro ribonucleic acid,micro RNA)是近年来发现的肿瘤标志物之一,在乳腺癌的诊断方面有较多的关联。本文就micro RNA检测在乳腺癌诊断中的研究展开综述,为乳腺癌早期诊断提供选择参考。 Breast cancer is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality.Early diagnosis and treatment help the prognosis of breast cancer patients.Micro RNA is one of the tumor markers found in recent years,and has more applications in the diagnosis of breast cancer.This article reviews the research of micro RNA detection in breast cancer diagnosis,and provides a reference for the selection of early diagnosis methods for breast cancer.
