膜解剖在胃癌根治术中的应用

Application of membrane anatomy in radical gastrectomy

全直肠系膜切除术(total mesorectal excision,TME)和完整结肠系膜切除术(complete mesocolic excision,CME)可明显降低结直肠癌术后局部复发率而成为结直肠癌的标准术式。受此启发,学者们为降低胃癌患者术后局部复发率开始全/完整胃系膜切除术的研究,进而发展提出胃癌膜解剖手术。基于胚胎学的膜解剖理论指导下的胃癌根治术正成为一个新的研究热点,本文通过搜索汇总相关文献资料,旨在对不同膜解剖理论及其应用于胃癌根治术展开综述。

Total mesorectal excision(TME) and complete mesocolic excision(CME) have been proved to significantly reduce the postoperative local recurrence rate of colorectal cancer and have became standard surgical procedures for colorectal cancer.Inspired by these,in order to reduce the postoperative local recurrence rate of gastric cancer patients,people begin to study the total/complete mesogastric excision,and then develop and propose the gastric cancer surgery based on membrane anatomy.The radical gastrectomy under the guidance of the theory of membrane anatomy based on embryology is becoming a new research hotspot,the purpose of this article is to summarize the different theories of membrane anatomy and their application in radical gastrectomy.
