X射线荧光光谱法同时测定高钙高镁铝基耐火材料的常见组分 被引量:1

摘要 铝酸钙水泥和铝镁尖晶石都是铝基耐火材料,为了能够同时测定这两种产物的常见组分,本文采用熔融制样法,建立了高钙高镁铝基耐火材料中MgO、CaO、Al2O3、SiO2、Fe2O3、TiO2、K2O、Na2O的X射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析方法。由于铝镁尖晶石无市场上流通的标准样品,而铝酸钙水泥的标准样品较少,实验选用了棕刚玉、铝镁砖、铝矾土、石灰石等标准样品,配制了一系列的高钙高镁标样。测定值与认定值/理论值一致,允许差满足国家标准分析方法的分析要求。 Calcium-aluminate cement and aluminum-magnesium spinel are both aluminum refractory.In order to determine the common components of these two products at the same time,the X-ray fluorescence spectrum(XRF)analysis method of MgO,CaO,Al2O3,SiO2,Fe2O3,TiO2,K2O and Na2O in high calcium and magnesium aluminum refractories was estab⁃lished in this paper.Samples were prepared by fusion method.Because there is no standard sample of aluminum-magnesia spinel circulating in the market,and also few standard samples of calcium-aluminate cement,a series of standard solutions for calibration were prepared with brown corundum,aluminum-magnesia brick,bauxite,limestone and other standard sam⁃ples.The found results were consistent with the certified values or theoretical values.The allowable error could meet the an⁃alytical requirements of national standard analysis method.
