气相色谱测定白酒中丙酸乙酯含量不确定度评估

Study on Uncertainty Evaluation in Measurement of Chinese spirits by GC

测量不确定度是对测量结果的质量的定量评定,意味着对测量结果可信性、有效性的怀疑程度或不确定程度。本文依据JJF1059.1-2012《测定不确定度的评定和表示》,结合国标方法气相色谱法测定白酒中丙酸乙酯的含量,计算实验过程中各因素引入的不确定度,建立浓香型白酒中丙酸乙酯的测定不确定度评定方法。

Uncertainty of measurement is a quantitative assessment of the quality of the measurement results,meaning the reliability and validity of the results.According to JJF1059.1-2012“Evaluation and expression of uncertainty of measure⁃ment”,the uncertainties introduced by various factors in the experiment process were calculated.The uncertainty assess⁃ment method for determination ethyl propionate in Chinese spirits was established.And the measurement uncertainties were analyzed and evaluated.
