摘要
本文研究食品接触用材料中1,4-丁二醇在4%乙酸、10%乙醇和橄榄油3种食品模拟物中特定迁移的测定方法。采用不同食品模拟物浸泡,再用气相色谱法进行分析。在所选择的优化试验条件下,方法在11min内即可完成目标物的分离分析。1,4-丁二醇在高、中、低添加水平的回收率为86%~112%,相对标准偏差为3.4%~8.4%(n=5),该方法简单快捷、标准曲线线性及回收率好、精密度高,能够满足标准限量要求,可为制订相关检测标准、产品质量管控提供技术支撑。
In this paper,the determination method of 1,4-butanediol in food contact materials in 4%acetic acid,10%etha⁃nol and olive oil is studied.Different food simulants were soaked and analyzed by gas chromatography.Under the selected optimized test conditions,the method can complete the separation and analysis of the target within 11 minutes.The recover⁃ies of 1,4-butanediol at high,medium,and low addition levels were 86%to 112%,and the relative standard deviations were 3.4%to 8.4%(n=5).This method is simple and fast,and the standard curve is linear and recovered.Good rate,high precision,can meet the standard limit requirements,and can provide technical support for the formulation of relevant test⁃ing standards and product quality control.
