基于力值闭环控制的大范围加载测试技术研究

摘要 针对大型装备制造业专用大型吊索具等承重设备的静力加载测试,在大型门式结构的基础上,通过引入高精度力值传感器,研究基于力值反馈的闭环加载控制关键技术,建立基于数字控制器的智能测试控制和管理系统。被测试件尺寸可达10m,测试加载力可达500kN,载荷示值精度优于±1%读数。 In the field of the large-scale equipment manufacturing industry,for static tension and compression loading test of the load-bearing equipment such as large slings and jacks,the key technology of a wide range of loading test system based on force closed-loop control is studied. By introducing high-precision force value sensors,an intelligent test control and management system based on a digital controller is established. The range of the test piece can reach 10 meters,the test loading force can be up to 500 kN,and the accuracy of the load indication is better than ± 1% of the reading.
