Analysis on the Results of Signal Generator Calibration Capability Measurement Audits

按照CNAS的要求,合格评定机构需结合自身需求按频次参加能力验证计划,或者参加实验室间的测量审核,以此验证申请认可和已经获得认可的实验室是否能维持其技术能力。本文针对实验室参加信号发生器校准的测量审核,对测得值不确定度评定进行研究,详细介绍了测量审核结果的分析方法。测量审核结果为满意。

In accordance with the requirements of CNAS,conformity assessment bodies shall participate in the capacity verification program according to their own needs on a regular basis,or participate in the inter-laboratory measurement audit,so as to verify whether the applied and accredited laboratories can maintain their technical capability. In this paper,the uncertainty assessment of measurement results is studied for the laboratory to participate in the measurement audit of signal generator calibration,and the analysis method of measurement audit results is introduced in detail. The result of measurement audit is satisfactory.
