阴道用乳杆菌活性胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎效果观察

Observation on the effect of live lactobacillus capule for vsginal use combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的观察阴道用乳杆菌活性胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法选取2017年1月-2019年3月武汉市第五医院妇科门诊接诊的老年性阴道炎患者140例作为研究对象,依据密封信封不透光法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。观察组接受阴道用乳杆菌活性胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗,对照组接受戊酸雌二醇治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、症状缓解时间、治疗前后阴道分泌物p H值、血清白细胞介素-3(IL-3)、IL-8水平、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.71%,高于对照组的81.43%(χ^2=7.056,P=0.008);观察组患者阴道分泌物异常、外阴瘙痒、阴道黏膜萎缩及泌尿系统症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后3个月,2组患者阴道分泌物p H值、血清IL-3、IL-8水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者复发率为5.71%,低于对照组的17.14%(χ^2=4.516,P=0.034);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.365,P=0.546)。结论阴道用乳杆菌活性胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎效果好,可快速缓解患者症状,积极改善患者阴道内菌群环境。

Objective To observe the effect of live lactobacillus capule for vsginal use combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 140 patients with senile vaginitis who were admitted to the outpatient department of Wuhan Fifth Hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into research group and control group according to the sealed envelope opaque method,70 cases in each group.The research group received live lactobacillus capule for vsginal use combined with estradiol valerate,and the control group received estradiol valerate.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,p H value of vaginal secretions before and after treatment,serum interleukin 3(IL-3),IL-8 levels,relapse rate,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the research group(95.71%)was higher than that in the control group(81.43%)(χ^2=7.056,P=0.008);The abnormal vaginal secretions,genital itching,vaginal mucosal atrophy and urinary system symptoms in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01);Three months after treatment,the p H value,serum IL-3,and IL-8 levels of vaginal secretions of the 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the research group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01);The recurrence rate of patients in the research group(5.71%)was lower than that in the control group(7.14%)(χ^2=4.516,P=0.034);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=0.365,P=0.546).Conclusion Live lactobacillus capule for vsginal use combined with estradiol valerate has good effect on the treatment of senile vaginitis,which can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients and positively improve the vaginal flora environment in patients.
