血清脂蛋白-α水平检测用于阿托伐他汀钙治疗心脑血管疾病患者中的价值

The value of serum lipoprotein-α level detection in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by atorvastatin calcium

目的观察血清脂蛋白-α水平检测用于阿托伐他汀钙治疗心脑血管疾病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月-2018年12月武汉大学人民医院钟祥医院收治的心脑血管疾病患者56例设为观察组,选取同期健康体检者56例设为对照组,观察组给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,比较2组血清脂蛋白-α、一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果56例心血管疾病患者经治疗,痊愈36例(64.3%)、有效20例(35.7%);治疗前,观察组血清脂蛋白-α水平高于对照组,NO水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,2组血清脂蛋白-α、NO水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心脑血管疾病患者治疗采用阿托伐他汀钙药物,可通过检测血清脂蛋白-α水平检验治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the application value of serum lipoprotein-αlevel detection for atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 56 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to Zhongxiang Hospital of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 56 healthy medical examinees during the same period were selected as the control group.The observation group was given atorvastatin calcium treatment,compared the levels of serum lipoprotein-αand nitric oxide(NO)of the two groups.Results After treatment,36 cases(64.3%)were cured and 20 cases(35.7%)were effective;Before treatment,the level of serum lipoproteins-αin the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the level of no in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,the level of serum lipoproteins-αand NO in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium drugs are used in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and the therapeutic effect can be tested by detecting the level of serum lipoprotein-α,which is worthy of clinical application.
