腹部手术全身麻醉患者苏醒护理应用效果

Application effect of recovery nursing for patients undergoing general anesthesia in abdominal surgery

目的观察麻醉苏醒护理在腹部手术全身麻醉患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月-2019年1月大冶市中医医院手术室行腹部手术全身麻醉的患者120例,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施麻醉苏醒护理干预。比较2组麻醉后恢复情况,苏醒期间血压、心率。结果观察组握拳、自主呼吸、眨眼及拔管时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);苏醒期间观察组收缩压、舒张压及心率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论腹部手术患者实施麻醉苏醒护理,可减轻患者术中应激反应,加快其术后苏醒,并改善患者生命体征,避免出现心率、血压异常,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of anesthesia recovery nursing in patients with general anesthesia during abdominal operation.Methods 120 patients with general anesthesia for abdominal operation in the operating room of Daye Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,60 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group and anesthesia recovery nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing.The recovery,blood pressure and heart rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of fisting,spontaneous breathing,blinking and extubation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).During recovery,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The anesthesia recovery nursing for patients undergoing abdominal operation can reduce the stress reaction during operation,speed up the recovery after operation,improve the vital signs of patients,avoid abnormal heart rate and blood pressure,which is worthy of clinical application.
