彰武元宝枫母树林种子发芽率与抗旱性研究

Seed Germination Rate and Drought Resistance of Acer truncatum Bunge in Seed Production Stand in Zhangwu County

采集彰武元宝枫母树林、彰武非选优元宝枫,辽宁铁岭县、山东冠县和山西新绛县元宝枫种子开展对比试验,结果表明:彰武元宝枫母树林种子颗粒饱满,百粒重最大为14.73 g,种子萌发率为61.7%,发芽时间整齐,种子发芽时比较抗旱。试验证明彰武元宝枫母树林种子是优秀的元宝枫种源。

Collected the Acer truncatum Bunge seeds in seed production stand and non-selected Acer truncatum Bunge in Zhangwu County,Tieling County in Liaoning Province,Guan County in Shandong Province and Xinjiang County in Shanxi Province to carry out the contrast test.The result showed that the seeds in seed production stand in Zhangwu County were plump,and the maximum weight of 100-seeds was 14.73 g.The seed germination rate was 61.7%,and the germination time was regular,seeds were more resistant to drought when germinating.It was proved that the seeds in seed production stand in Zhangwu County were excellent provenance.
