江苏新型职业农民认定管理探析

Analysis on the Identification and Management of New Professional Farmers in Jiangsu Province

回顾梳理了江苏新型职业农民认定管理工作,从认定标准、机构程序、动态管理和保障措施等方面,对全省开展认定工作的地区进行归纳比较,总结分析了存在的问题,并在此基础上提出发展完善全省新型职业农民认定管理工作的措施建议。

This paper reviewed the identification and management of the new professional farmers in Jiangsu,summarized and compared the 38 areas of the province’s identification work from the aspects of the identification standard,the organization procedure,the dynamic management and the safeguard measures,and analyzed the existing problems.On the basis of this,the paper put forward some measures to improve the province’s identification and management.
