4EBP1和eIF4E两种蛋白表达情况与脑膜瘤发病相关性及作用机制分析

Analysis of the correlation between the expressions of 4EBP1 and elF4E and the pathogenesis of meningioma and the mechanism of action of two proteins

目的:探讨4EBP1和eIF4E蛋白在脑膜瘤中的表达及临床意义.方法:选取2015年1月~2018年5月我院保存的脑膜瘤组织标本72例,同时选取正常脑组织20例作为对照,采用免疫组化染色法检测4EBP1和eIF4E蛋白表达.结果:脑膜瘤组织4EBP1和eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率分别为84.72%和76.39%,明显高于正常脑组织,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑膜瘤病理分级Ⅰ级患者4EBP1和eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率分别为71.43%和57.14%,明显低于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);4EBP1蛋白和eIF4E蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.400,P<0.05).结论:脑膜瘤中4EBP1和eIF4E蛋白表达明显升高,在疾病发生发展中可能有重要作用,且两者表达有正相关性.出的病原菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主,各病原菌的耐药性比例不一,临床治疗应依据药敏试验结果正确合理选择抗菌药.

Objective:To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of 4EBP1 and eIF4E protein in meningioma.Methods:From January 2015 to May 2018,72 cases of meningioma tissue specimens preserved in our hospital were selected,and 20 cases of normal brain tissue were selected as controls.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of 4EBP1 and eIF4E proteins.Results:The positive expression rates of 4EBP1 and eIF4E in meningioma tissues were 84.72%and 76.39%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Patients with meningioma pathological gradingⅠlevel 4 ebp1 and eIF4E protein positive expression rate is 71.43%and 57.14%,respectively,significantly lower than theⅡ,Ⅲpatients,comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The expression of 4EBP1 and eIF4E was positively correlated(R S=0.400,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of 4EBP1 and eIF4E in meningiomas are significantly increased,which may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of meningiomas,and the expressions of 4EBP1 and eIF4E are positively correlated.
