自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入在鼻部综合整形中的应用效果

目的 分析自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入在鼻部综合整形中的应用效果.方法 选取了2019年1月—2019年12月在我院进行鼻部综合整形的56例患者为研究对象.所有患者均接受自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入手术,切取耳软骨呈帽状,雕塑硅胶假体为"L"形,以沿鼻小柱行倒V形切口置入复合体.术后统计的手术效果、满意度及并发症.结果 56例患者中,有43例(76.79%)患者鼻尖表现不明显情况改善、鼻根及鼻背的高度明显增加,12例(21.43%)患者鼻尖表现情况有所改善.十分满意45例(80.36%),一般满意10例(17.86%),不满意1例(1.79%),总满意度为98.21%.术后感染2例(3.57%),轻度歪斜1例(1.79%).结论 自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入在鼻部综合整形患者的应用效果良好,可以有效满足患者需求,并且具有较高的安全性,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the application effect of autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery. Methods A total of 56 cases of nasal comprehensive plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2019to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with autogenous auricular cartilage and siliconeprosthesis. The cartilage was cut into a cap shape, and the silicone prosthesis was shaped like "L". The composite was placed throughan inverted V-shaped incision along the nasal columella. The operation effect, satisfaction and complications were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 56 cases, 43 cases (76.79%) had no obvious improvement in nasal tip performance, the height of nasal root andnasal back was significantly increased, and 12 cases (21.43%) had improved nasal tip performance. 45 cases (80.36%) were verysatisfied, 10 cases (17.86%) were generally satisfied, 1 case (1.79%) were not satisfied, the total satisfaction was 98.21%. Postoperativeinfection was found in 2 cases (3.57%) and mild deviation in 1 case (1.79%). Conclusion The application effect of autologous earcartilage combined with silicone prosthesis in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery is good, can effectively meet the needs of patients,and has high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
