全程无缝隙护理在联合筋膜鞘悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂患者中的应用

Application of whole-course seamless nursing in the treatment of patients with severe blepharoptosis combined with fascia sheath suspension

目的探讨全程无缝隙护理措施在联合筋膜鞘(CFS)悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂患者中的应用效果.方法随机选取2017年6月-2019年2月收治的56例(共100眼)重度先天性上睑下垂行CFS悬吊术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50眼,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程无缝隙护理,比较两组患者术后恢复时间、上睑下垂术后即刻矫正情况、外观改善情况、患者满意度及并发症发生率等指标.结果观察组在术后恢复时间、外观改善情况、患者满意度及并发症发生率等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在联合筋膜鞘(CFS)悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂手术中,全程无缝隙护理有助于缩短患者康复时间,减少并发症发生率,提高手术疗效和患者满意度,具有较好的临床推广应用价值.

Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing combined with fascia sheath(CFS)suspension in the treatment of severe blepharoptosis.Methods 56 patients(100 eyes)with severe congenital ptosis who underwent CFS suspension from June 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(50 eyes)and control group(50 eyes).The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received seamless nursing.The postoperative recovery time,immediate correction of ptosis,appearance improvement,patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery time,appearance improvement,patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe blepharoptosis with fascia sheath(CFS)suspension,the whole course seamless nursing is helpful to shorten the recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the curative effect and patient satisfaction,which has a good value of clinical application.
