摘要
基于茶叶附属品浪费严重,试验用醇提法提取茶叶下脚料中的有效成分,并添加到手工皂配方中。通过单因素试验和响应面分析,得出茶叶手工皂最佳制备工艺为水浴温度51℃,搅拌时间3.5 h,碱水比1:1.7,此条件下该款茶叶手工皂的总碱量为0.1467%。以期为茶叶废料的再次利用,及茶叶手工皂的制作提供理论依据。
An experiment was carried out to utilize the discarded material from Wuyi rock tea manufacturing.The alcohol extract of the discards was added as a scent to formulate a handmade soap.The single factor and response surface experiment rendered the optimized preparation that applied a solution of caustic soda to water in the ratio of 1∶1.7 to constantly mixing for 3.5h in a 51oC water bath.The resulting soap contained 0.1467%sodium hydroxide.The basic formulation and preparation might lead to further development of similar products that could find a proper application for the otherwise waste material from the tea production.
