粗轧机增加自动液压压下改造与实践

Reform and Practice on Automatic New Hydraulic Screwdown of Roughing Mill

液压压下装置是热连轧机的关键设备之一,它与电动压下装置配合使用,实现辊缝的带载调节,保证轧机的辊缝精度、出口厚度及楔形指标。目前粗轧机电液联合压下已经成为新的热轧项目的标配,而传统的单一电动压下粗轧机已经逐渐难以应对高精度、多品种的产品结构要求。本文论述了在迁钢2160热轧线单一电动压下粗轧机R1上增加自动液压压下控制的研究与实践,取得了良好效果。

The hydraulic screwdown device is one of the key equipment of the hot strip mill.It is used together with the electric screwdown device to realize the on load adjustment of the roll gap and ensure the precision of the roll gap,the thickness of the exit and the wedge target of the mill.At present,electric and hydraulic combined screwdown of the roughing mill has become the standard of new hot rolling projects,and the traditional single electric roughing mill has gradually been difficult to meet the requirements of high-precision,multi product structure.This paper discusses the research and practice of the adding automatic hydraulic screwdown control to single electric screwdown roughing mill R1 in 2160 hot rolling line of Qiangang,and obtains the expected good effect.
