摘要
由于小车结构的变化和对乘坐舒适度的要求越来越高,为了减少在运行过程中的冲击,有些车型就要求有变轨技术。本文在现有的某类型小车轮系结构基础上,进行三维建模,利用Adams动力学仿真计算方法,施加合理约束,提取出小车运行时在特定轨道处所需变轨量,为小车轨道加工制作过程中轨距的确定提供理论依据。
Due to the change of the train structure and the increasing demand for comfort,and in order to reduce the impact while sliding along the track,some trains need to apply track gauge technology.On the basis of wheel system,3 D modeling is performed.By using ADAMS dynamic simulation calculation method,reasonable constraints are imposed to extract the amount of track change required at a specific track during the train sliding,which provides a theoretical basis for the determination of track gauge in the process of roller coaster track manufacturing.
