转炉热风切断阀损坏原因分析及修复

Cause Analysis of Damage and Repair of Pneumatic Butterfly Valve for Steel-making Converter

摘要 针对某有色金属冶金企业转炉热风切断阀长期使用后存在阀门卡阻、密封不严、附件破损等问题,结合热风切断阀结构原理和规格参数,利用有限元软件对阀门关键部位进行了流场和受力分析,找到了该阀损坏的主要原因,并给出了具体的修复改进方案。修复后的热风切断阀运行稳定,取得了良好的效果。 In view of the problems of valve blockage,improper sealing and accessory breakage of converter hot air cut-off valve in a nonferrous metallurgical enterprise after long-term use,combined with the structure principle and specification parameters of hot air shutoff valve,the flow field and force analysis of key parts of the valve was carried out by using finite element software,and the main damage of the valve was found.For this reason,the specific repair and improvement scheme is given.The repaired hot air cut-off valve runs steadily and achieves good results.
