摘要
对宝钢1580热轧SP定宽压力机机架在线修复的成功实施进行了阐述及总结,根据机架本身设计特点,通过计算机仿真,模拟了机架受力分布和机架在线加工过程,并成功进行了在线修复,为轧钢行业同类型机架在线修复提供一定的技术支持与积累,供轧钢行业借鉴。
According to the design characteristics of the frame itself,the stress distribution of the frame and the on-line processing process of the frame are simulated by computer simulation,and the on-line repair is carried out successfully,which provides some technical support and accumulation for the on-line repair of the same type of frame in the rolling industry.
