摘要
对精密轧制的SUS304DQ带钢光亮退火处理后,观察其宏观表面、微观组织并进行力学性能检测,研究精密轧制后SUS34DQ带钢的退火性能变化。结果表明,钢带在全氢环境中可以有效防止钢带在退火过程中的氧化,减少退火对产品表面质量的影响;厚度为0.3 mm的SUS304DQ精密冷轧带钢的退火温度为1040℃~1160℃,在炉内纯氢气环境下保持3 min,迅速冷却,得到的精密带钢表面质量优良、无瑕疵。
Precision rolled SUS304DQ stainless strip steel is bright annealed and the surface,microstructure and mechanicalproperties are investigated to study changes of the properties of the annealed strip steel.Results show that the all hydrogen atmosphere can prevent the oxidation of the strip steel,and reduce the influence of annealing on its surface.When the 0.3 mm thick SUS304DQ stainless strip steel is annealed at 1040~1160℃ for 3 min and then cooled quickly,the strip steel of finesurface quality can be obtained.
