摘要
研究了3种不同制壳工艺对型壳溃散性的影响规律,通过型壳试样的弯曲强度、断口物相、断口形貌的试验,探讨分析了3种型壳的溃散性;将3种制壳工艺在复杂薄壁航空钛合金某型号铸件进行生产实践,确定满足复杂薄壁航空钛合金精密铸造型壳强度与型壳溃散性需求的制壳工艺。
The influence law of three different shell making processes on the shell collapsibility is studied.The collapsibility of shells is discussed and analyzed by testing the bending strength,fracture phase and fracture morphology of shells,and the three making processes are applied in the production of complex thin-wall aerotitanium alloy to determine the shell-making process that meets the requirements of the strength and the collapsibility for precision casting shell of complex thin-wall aerotitaniumalloy.
