摘要
新时代思想政治理论课教师话语身份是新时代思想政治理论课改革创优的重要内容,蕴含特定的时代话语使命。新时代思想政治理论课教师话语身份包含知识话语身份和权力话语身份两种基本形态,在其话语范式变迁过程中,面临话语身份“堕距化”“物化”和“焦虑化”等多重危机和困境。建构具有新时代中国特色的思想政治理论课教师话语身份,须坚定身份立场,提升思想政治理论课教师课堂“驾驭力”;强化身份保障,培养思想政治理论课教师队伍“生力军”;拓展身份空间,建构思想政治理论课教师话语“共同体”。
Discourse identity of ideological and political theory teachers in the new era is an important part of the reform and striving for excellence of ideological and political theory course in the new era.The discourse identity of ideological and political theory teachers in the new era includes two basic forms:knowledge discourse identity and power discourse identity.To construct the discourse identity of ideological and political theory teachers with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the identity and standpoint,so as to enhance the“driving force”of ideological and political theory teachers in class,to strengthen the identity guarantee,build the ideological and political theory teachers“fresh troops”,to expand the identity space and construct the discourse“community”of ideological and political theory teachers.
