浅谈对“心主神明”的认识

On the Understanding of "Heart Controlling Mind"

心为君主之官,主宰、统领人体的生理活动与精神活动,贵在清明。主明则德全不危,无病而来;主明则外邪避之有时,情志调畅、饮食有节、劳作有度,内邪不生;主明则采取积极措施,增强正气,避其邪气。正邪盛衰决定疾病的发生、发展、转归及复发。正气不足或邪气过盛,无力驱邪外出,发为疾病。"邪之所凑,其气必虚",外邪侵袭,正气愈加不足,形成恶性循环。在疾病的预防和治疗方面,既要增强正气,提高机体对外界环境的适应能力和抗御病邪能力;也要避其邪气,避免或减少疾病的发生、发展及复发。君主清明,采取积极的措施,则可预防疾病的发生,防止疾病的发展、复发。

The heart is the dominator of viscera,and dominates and guides the physiological and spiritual activities of the human body.If the heart is normal in function,all the twelve organs will be able to function well,and the patients will avoid diseases and external pathogens.If the emotion is smooth,the diet is moderate,the labor is proper,and the internal pathogens will not be generated.So people should take positive measures to strengthen healthy qi and avoid pathogens.The occurrence,development,prognosis and recurrence of diseases are determined by the excess and deficiency of healthy qi and pathogenic qi.Insufficient healthy qi or excessive pathogenic qi fails to removing pathogens outside and leads to diseases. "Accumulation of pathogenic factors indicates deficiency of qi".External pathogen invasion causes more and more lack of healthy qi,forming a vicious circle.In the prevention and treatment of diseases,we should not only strengthen healthy qi,improve the body′s ability to adapt to the external environment and resist the pathogenic factors,but also avoid pathogenic qi to avoid or reduce the occurrence,development or recurrence of the disease.As long as we understand heart controlling mind,and take positive measures,we can prevent the occurrence,development and recurrence of diseases.
