摘要
为了优化能源结构,改善秸秆废弃及焚烧带来的环境问题,文章设计了新的供应链合作机制,研究了传统机制和合作机制下秸秆供应量及供应链收益的变化。首先,构建由农户、中间商、发电厂组成的传统机制下秸秆发电供应链模型;其次,设计了基于"秸秆处理权出让契约"的供应链集成化合作模式;最后,通过数值算例分析了秸秆单位面积产出、秸秆转化系数和市场电价等系统参数对传统机制与契约机制下供应链性能的影响。
To optimize the energy structure and avoid the environmental problems caused by straw waste and incineration,a new supply chain cooperation mechanism was designed.First,a straw power supply chain model composed of farmers,middlemen,and power plants was presented.Second,current situation of upstream collection in this supply chain was analyzed.Then,a transfer contract was proposed for supply chain integration.Finally,numerical example was used to analyze the impact of system parameters on the supply chain performance.
