摘要
文章基于电网物资的特征,提出电网物资供应链的内涵及特征。依据电网物资供应链管理目标,确定其评价目标和指标设计原则,用层次分析法逻辑研究电网物资供应链评价指标体系,并以国内某大型电网企业为案例,对评价指标进行专家问卷调查和修正,最终设计形成电网物资供应链评价指标体系,该指标体系分为6个一级指标、18个二级指标和30个三级指标。
This paper gives the definition and characteristics of the grid material supply chain based on the characteristics of the grid supplies.The evaluation indicator system of grid material supply chain management is designed on the basis of the principles of evaluation objectives and indicators established on the objective of grid material supply chain management,utilizing the logic of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and modified based on the case analysis of a large domestic grid enterprise and expert questionnaire surveys.This indicator system is divided into 6 first level indicators,18 second level indicators and 30 third level indicators.
