“战疫”时期社区教育的“疲态”与“冷思”——社区成员兼教育学者的视角

“Fatigue”and“Calm Thinking”of Community Education in the Period of“Fighting against Covid-19”——From the Perspective of Community Members and Educators

"战疫"时期,以社区为基本单位,政府、街道、社区委员会、物业等为主导的社区防疫工作可谓取得了优异的成效。然而,基于社区成员的视角发现,与社区治理相辅相成的社区教育却表现出多种"疲态":组织防控力量突显"疲软"、突发事件教育突显"疲乏"、教育资源获取突显"疲缺"。作为教育学者,不禁"冷静地思考"社区教育存在的问题以及现实情况带给我们的启示:首先,需建立独立且完善的"社区教育生态系统";其次,借"战疫"契机,进行社区教育再开展;最后,搭建信息化社区教育平台。"战疫"之后,应更加重视社区教育的发展与改革,与社区治理互为连理,有助于完善国家治理体系和推动治理能力现代化。

During the period of"fighting against Covid-19",the community epidemic prevention work,with the community as the basic unit and the government,the streets,the community committee and the property as the leading ones,has achieved excellent results.However,from the perspective of community members,it is found that community education,which complements community governance,shows a variety of"fatigue":weak organizational prevention and control,fatigue in emergency education,and fatigue in access to educational resources.As educators,the authors can’t help thinking calmly about the development and reform of community education and the enlightenment brought by the reality:first,it is necessary to establish an independent and perfect"community education ecosystem";second,it is necessary to take the opportunity of"fighting against Covid-19"to carry out community education again;finally,it is necessary to build an information-based community education platform.After"fighting against Covid-19",we should pay more attention to the development and reform of community education,which is connected with community governance,so as to help the modernization of national governance system and ability.
