摘要
产教融合是推动我国职业教育高质量发展的重要举措,也是构建现代职业教育体系的有效发展途径。新中国70年来,我国职业教育产教融合经历了萌芽初创期、恢复重建期、改革探索期、创新发展期四个阶段。从职业教育产教融合的历史变迁逻辑,分析职业教育产教融合存在的问题,提出政府立法和出台搭建产教融合平台相关政策,院校应积极主动对接地方行业企业发展、融入先进职业教育理念,改革教育管理机制和运行体系、规范行业企业职业资格认证,积极推动员工专业技能培训、建立和健全职业教育的产学研合作机制等发展理路。
The industry-education integration is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in China,and also an effective way to build a modern vocational education system.In the past 70 years of new China,the industry-education integration of vocational education has experienced four stages:the initial stage,the recovery and reconstruction stage,the reform and exploration stage,and the innovation and development stage.Based on the history of the industry-education integration in vocational education,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the industry-education integration in vocational education,and puts forward that the government should legislate and issue relevant policies to build the integration platform of industry and education;colleges and universities should actively connect with the development of local industry enterprises,and integrate advanced vocational education concepts;reform the education management mechanism and operation system;standardize the vocational qualification certification of industry enterprises;actively promote employees professional skills training,and establish and improve vocational education industry university research cooperation mechanism and other development strategies.
