摘要
现阶段精准扶贫中精准职业教育的主要存在形式:政府主导下的企业参与的、精准扶贫干部参与的、职业教育师资队伍参与的、职业教育院校参与的职业教育;企业主导下对职业教育;精准扶贫对象自我提升。遇到的问题是:职业教育促进精准扶贫产业的可持续发展及其创新的能力不足、培养贫困者的终身学习能力的欠缺、难以有效阻断扶贫对象贫困的代际传播。协同创新的途径是:精准扶贫中精准职业教育培训主体的多元化协同作用;精准职业教育培训手段的多样化协同创新。
At present,the main forms of targeted vocational education in targeted poverty alleviation are:enterprises under the guidance of the government,cadres under the guidance of targeted poverty alleviation,vocational education teachers and vocational education institutions;vocational education under the guidance of enterprises;self promotion of targeted poverty alleviation objects.The problems encountered are:the ability of vocational education to promote the sustainable development of targeted poverty alleviation industry and its innovation is insufficient,the ability to cultivate the poor people’s lifelong learning is insufficient,and it is difficult to effectively block the intergenerational spread of poverty among the poverty-stricken objects.The ways of collaborative innovation are:the diversified synergy of targeted vocational education and training subjects,and the diversified collaborative innovation of targeted vocational education and training means.
