零工经济催生基于MOOC的零工教育

随着互联网+经济新形态的发展,网络平台为零工与雇主间搭建起了便捷雇佣桥梁,零工数量陡增,预示着一个新生零工经济时代的到来。在此经济形势下,零工只有不断提升自身的专业素养、更新知识结构,实现自身技能从低级向高级进阶,才能更好地适应零工经济带来的就业市场和工作方式的变化。为变化的就业环境发展相应的教育形式已刻不容缓。基于MOOC"独立证书"、"数字投资组合"的教育形式相较传统职业教育和继续教育更契合零工自身特点,有利于满足零工继续教育的需求,是现阶段更为适合的零工教育形式。

With the development of the new form of"Internet+Economy",the network platform has built a convenient employment bridge between gigs and employers,and the number of gigs has increased sharply,which indicates the arrival of a new era of gig economy.In this economic situation,only by constantly improving their professional quality,updating their knowledge structure,and realizing their skills from low level to high level,can they better adapt to the changes in the job market and working style brought by the gig economy.It is urgent to develop corresponding forms of education for the changing employment environment.Compared with traditional vocational education and continuing education,the education forms based on MOOC"independent certificate"and"digital investment portfolio"are better in line with the characteristics of gig education,which are conducive to meeting the needs of gig continuing education and more suitable for gig education at the present stage.
