A Study on the Effectiveness of Peer-to-peer Mutual Aid Model in Freshmen's Academic Navigation Education

朋辈互助模式是提升新生学业领航教育质量的重要途径。新时代背景下,推动朋辈互助教育模式从"自然状态"转变为"有序状态",引导学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务、自我发展,需要思想政治工作者在具体的工作实践中不断摸索。以已经实施六年的"党员联系新生宿舍"朋辈互助教育模式为例,通过总结和思考,从具体到一般,在人员选拔、目标确立、互助标准、互助过程等层面加以规范,构建科学的朋辈互助模式。

Peer-to-peer mutual aid model is an important way to improve the quality of freshmen’s academic navigation education. Under the background of the new era, it is necessary for ideological and political workers to explore constantly in the concrete work practice to promote the transformation of peer-to-peer mutual aid education model from "natural state" to "orderly state", to guide students in self-management, self-education, self-service and self-development. Taking the peer-to-peer mutual aid education model of "Party member contacting freshmen dormitory" which has been implemented for six years as an example, through summary and thinking, specific to the general, it is necessary to standardize personnel selection, goal setting, mutual aid standards and mutual aid process, in order to construct a scientific peer-to-peer mutual aid model.
