“互联网+”背景和卓越人才培养模式下管理运筹学课程教学改革探析

An Analysis of Teaching Reform of Management Operations Research Course under the Background of“Internet+”and Excellent Talents Training Mode

卓越人才培养模式下,对于应用创新型人才的需求不断扩大,运筹学作为管理类专业课程体系中一门十分重要的基础课程,其课堂教学亟待改革。首先,在卓越人才培养模式下,分析管理类专业运筹学的教学现状,进而在"互联网+"背景下,探讨管理运筹学的教学改革方案。从教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、实践教学及考核方式等方面,对运筹学教学过程进行全面改进与创新,以期提高管理专业学生的综合素质及专业能力,从而适应21世纪对卓越型应用型人才的需求。

Under the mode of excellent talents training, in order to meet the needs of applied innovative talents, operation research, as a very important basic course in the management professional curriculum system, needs to be changed in the classroom teaching process. First of all, under the mode of excellent talents training, this paper analyzes the current situation of Operation Research teaching of management specialty. Then, under the background of "Internet+", this paper discusses the teaching reform plan of Operation Research of management specialty. From the aspects of teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching means, practical teaching and assessment methods, this paper comprehensively improves and innovates the teaching process of Operation Research, which improves the comprehensive quality and professional ability of management students, so as to meet the needs of excellent applied talents in the 21 st century.
