摘要
德育衔接应该是有层次的衔接,不同阶段的青少年有不同的身心发展变化及道德认知特点,因此当前急需对青年进行连贯的有层次的德育,这样才能更好地促进青少年全面健康成长,切实有效地积极发挥德育作用,提升德育效果。通过探究中学德育与大学德育的衔接现状,分析衔接问题的成因,了解他国德育衔接可借鉴之处,总结并借鉴有益经验,进而探索出解决德育衔接问题的路径,旨在有效指导实践中的中学与大学德育衔接工作,培养出德才兼备的社会主义接班人,提升我国整体德育效果。
The cohesion of moral education should be hierarchical. Adolescents at different stages have different physical and mental development and moral cognition characteristics. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out coherent and hierarchical moral education on the youth, so as to better promote the all-round and healthy growth of adolescents, effectively and actively play the role of moral education, and improve the effect of moral education. Through studying the current cohesion between moral education in middle schools and moral education in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, finds out what can be used for reference in moral education in other countries, sums up and uses for reference the beneficial experience, and then explores the path to solve the problems of moral education cohesion, aiming to effectively guide the moral education cohesion of middle schools and colleges and universities in practice, cultivate the socialist successors with both ability and political integrity, and promote the overall effect of moral education in our country.
