桂林城市空间扩展与山体关系研究及规划对策

Relationship between urban spatial expansion and mountain in Guilin and planning strategies

在城市空间扩张过程中,大量山体空间被侵占,导致生态环境和城市景观被破坏。从山体与城市空间扩展过程之间的关系分析出发,提出相敬如宾、模糊的不和谐、激烈冲突、协同融合4种关系模式。采用历史形态学方法,在梳理、评价桂林城市发展历史过程中山体空间与城市空间关系的基础上提出桂林未来城市空间发展的规划对策。规划战略定位方面:宏观层面,山体构成桂林城市森林体系,与城市空间构建关系和谐、永续发展的生态系统共同体;中观层面,山体构成城市空间扩展的增长边界;微观层面,山体融入城市公共空间,构建桂林城市园林体系;在规划技术方面,制定划分山体本体线、缓冲区界线的科学标准及山体周边城市空间的开发强度、功能类型、生态容量等刚性标准与建设引导量化标准。

In the process of urban space expansion,a large number of mountain space is occupied,resulting in the destruction of ecological environment.Based on the analysis of the relationship between mountains and urban space expansion,this study proposes four relationship models,namely,mutual respect,fuzzy disharmony,fierce conflict and collaborative integration.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the relationship between mountain space and urban space in the history of Guilin urban development,this paper puts forward the planning countermeasures of urban future space development.In terms of planning and strategic positioning,at the macro level,the mountains constitute the urban forest system of Guilin,and build an ecosystem community with harmonious relationship and sustainable development with the urban space.In the middle level,mountains constitute the growth boundary of urban space expansion.Mountains integrate urban public space and construct the urban garden system of Guilin.In terms of technology,it is necessary to divide mountain body line and buffer zone boundary,as well as rigid standards for development intensity,function types.Ecological capacity of urban space around mountains and quantitative standards for construction guidance is formulated.
