乳腺癌患者积极心理体验质性研究的Meta整合

Positive psychological experience of breast cancer patients:A Meta-synthesis

目的整合相关质性研究,系统评价乳腺癌患者积极心理体验,为其心理护理提供可靠依据。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、PubMed、CINAHL、Embase、PsycINFO及Medline数据库,收集有关乳腺癌患者积极心理体验的质性研究,检索年限从建库起至2019年3月。采用澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心(JBI)质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,采用汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。结果共纳入11项研究,提炼64个完整的研究结果,将相似的研究结果归纳形成9个新的类别,得出4个整合结果:建立新的自我认知,体会新的人生哲学,与他人相关的积极改变,灵性与宗教的成长。结论从积极心理学角度挖掘乳腺癌患者积极心理体验,为其心理护理提供新的视角,将有利于促进乳腺癌患者的身心与灵性的发展。

Objective To integrate the relevant qualitative research,and systematically evaluate the positive psychological experience of breast cancer patients,so as to provide reliable basis for psychological nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,CINAHL,Embase,PsycINFO and Medline databases were searched by computer,and qualitative research on positive psychological experience of breast cancer patients was collected.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to March 2019.The quality of literature was evaluated by the quality evaluation standard of quality research of JBI evidence-based health care center in Australia,and the results were integrated by the method of aggregation integration.Results A total of 11 studies were included and 64 complete research results were extracted.Similar research results were summarized into 9 new categories and 4 integrated results were obtained:establishing new self-awareness,experiencing new philosophy of life,positive changes related to others,spiritual and religious growth.Conclusion The positive psychological experience of breast cancer patients is explored from the perspective of positive psychology,which provides a new perspective for psychological nursing of breast cancer patients,which will help to promote the physical and mental and spiritual development of breast cancer patients.
